My dad just paid £225 for one golf club. One. ONE golf club! And the woman was getting at me the other day for wanting a £30-£40 pair of riding boots. o__O Un-fecking-believable. He says it's for his birthday but there's all this "hush-hush" stuff the woman's doing as well which is costing a fortune and yet she moans about spending £30 on a pair of boots..... I simply do not understand parents at all.

On an unrelated note, I love all the people in a Robin Hobb forum I've just been skimming through. Most of them seem to agree with me on the wonderfulness of Fitz/Fool. *wraps the Fool in cotton wool and takes him/her/it home* My favourite literary character EVER, including Legolas (who I did love before Orlando Bloom was even a blip on the horizon by the way) Rereading 'Golden Fool' and it's so good I'm wondering why I didn't reread it sooner.

This song is great. It fits so many pairings. Too long to do for my media video though. *sighs*

I haven't worked hard enough on ficcing today, though I want to later. Think I'll have coffee and read for a while then carry on with Myth. Which totally needs editing. Grrrr.
