clo_againNO. YOU CANNOT CALL ME AT 11:30AM AND SAY "SORRY, THE VAN HAS BROKEN DOWN." It's *11:30am*; FIND ANOTHER FREAKING VAN.
We are not amused, because the father saw fit to give our old TV away before the new one arrived SUPPOSEDLY today and now we have no TV. When I watch more TV on Fridays than the rest of the week put together. Argh. I missed both the episodes of QI last week and was planning to catch up tonight.
The freaking van broke down. Pull the other one lady. Just come out and say you've screwed up your deliveries today.
Bah.
