Today I finished Pride and Prejudice. Tomorrow I am climbing Snowdon. This may be a bad idea, considering I am supremely unfit and couldn't walk straight for three days after climbing a somewhat smaller mountain three years ago but am assured by (incidently, the supremely fit)
dukedee and
hill2k that "it's easy".
I was going to do one of those 'day in my life by pictures' things so if they're wrong I'd have proof but father has just informed me that he's got both the big memory cards, leaving me with only twenty pictures. So, you know. Screw that idea. -_- I'll have at least twenty pictures as proof if they're wrong and it isn't easy though. It'll be a great comfort to me after I've fallen off a cliff. ;)
To be fair, I asked to go up Snowdon. So it's - mostly - my fault if I fall off it. *touch wood* ;)
...Nothing else has happened today. My mother was just in my room and wtfed at this on top of my computer monitor. "Well," I explained, "Captain Jack came with a plastic blaster which I lost. So, because he didn't see how Wesley could use an axe AND a crossbow at the same time, he took the crossbow to compensate, only Wesley didn't take kindly to being seduced solely for the sake of his magnificent weapon and wants it back. The crossbow I mean.
Mother: ...
Me: Jack wouldn't have got away with it if the Doctor hadn't been bored of being on top of my computer and decided to take a tour around the house.
Mother: ...
Me: Which by the way, is why he's in a vase in the living room.
Mother: ...I think you need a job.
I do too. The lives of my action figures are more entertaining than mine. Maybe I should take one of them up Snowdon tomorrow: "The Doctor on a mountain!" "The Doctor in a lake!" "The Doctor after falling one thousand feet!"
... On second thoughts, maybe not.
