Bunsen and Kermit have gone into the half-barrel outside. (That's not a euphemism for 'gone to the great fish tank in the sky' by the way. We do actually have a barrel full of water and fish in the garden.) Though they're about three/four times his size, Bunsen seems to be bonding quite happily with Sparky, Crystal and Dally who've been there years now (Sparky's getting on for eleven years old and Crystal's not far behind.) Kermit shot through my fingers and vanished to the bottom, probably never to be seen again.

Have an empty fish tank in my room and, when it's emptied and cleaned in the next day or so, there won't even be that.

I've not spent any length of time sleeping in a room without some other form of animal life in for three years. I'm not planning on buying the rats (which by the way, the 'rents or namely my mother are still loudly opposed to) until the end of October. Two and a half months.

Even if I was never as attached to Bunsen as I was Gonzo and Rizzo, even if they'll be happier in the barrel and there's no way the woman would put up with her bathroom regularly getting covered in fish water... still. I miss my Muppets. :(

Wish I could just get my rats tomorrow. -_- Hate living with parents. Hate it.
