clo_againToo early, I'm not awake, don't give a stuff about the Shakespeare seminar and really, I'm happier not knowing my essay mark thanks all the same.
And today is Valentine's Day, which just inexplicably pisses me off because of the whole falseness and maybe a little because the two Cypriots in our flat the last two years have got bouquets of the most incredible roses I've ever seen, studded with tiny jewels, *hand-delivered* to the door. Especially when one of them -- or both of them, we're not entirely sure -- was cheating on the boyfriends who ordered them the roses.
Yellow roses mean infidelity you know. (Ssssh all of you yelling no, it means friendship. LJ Smith told me so. And in Victorian times, they meant jealousy and in 'German-speaking countries', they still mean infidelity. I'm thinking I should write that into fic.) So... Happy Valentine's Day. ;P
I think I've just rolled out of bed on the wrong side today or maybe lack of sleep's finally caught up with me. Or, possibly that I dreamed I was in Wimbledon and things kept going horribly wrong. Yeah, there is *something up* with my subconscious today, so ignore me. Maybe I just need to mainline some coffee.
