clo_againIt's 2:15am (or roundabouts) and my weird google search for the night was Batman Beyond slash. I wasn't expecting much because I had trouble finding even much gen and het for it before, but it seems people dig the slashinnes of the Bat, so that's fun. I don't think I *like* Batman Beyond slash as such. *considers* That's rich coming from me who's just had Julian/Terry in her latest fic. *smirks* I *meant* within the show. There's just no pairings that leaps out at me apart from the obvious Bruce/Terry and that just squicks me. o_O Definite no for me that one. But other Bat-slash is cool. I think I've made SOME sense in the last paragraph but then again, it has gone 2am. And I meant to play on The Sims tonight too *sighs* Was distracted by the random madness of Christine and Lani. *grins* God I love these people.
The soundtrack to Smallville tonight just blew me away. It was beautiful, although I'm annoyed at the way Lex's relationship is going. She'll abandon him and he'll be all sad 'cause everyone's evil to him and then he'll go evil in revenge. My family disagrees and says he's evil anyway. Bleh. I love you Lex, even if they think you're a spoilt rich brat bent on world domination. Hey, everyone needs a hobby right?
I don't think a 'No Lurking' rule is fair. o_O I enjoy lurking. It lets me know if I should run screaming the other way or join in before committing myself to anything. Go lurking!
I'm bored now... there's a million things I COULD do but which can wait till I'm actually awake enough to do them coherently. Which means I'll need great amounts of sleep. ^_~ I never have enough sleep.
Ooo, that reminds me - was out shopping the other day and in The Pier found a beautiful quilt/duvet - red and gold silky, mixed with velvet and... wow. I adored it. But when we asked how much it was, the assistant said close to £200. -_- So THAT'S something I won't be getting soon. Meh. Not that I need it, it was just so.... *comfortable* looking. Like you could curl up and sleep forever in it. *sighs*
Anyway, I'm off to actually get some sleep and then maybe I'll get some work done tomorrow. Yey. Roman Satire. Yeesh I hate Horace. At least Petronius has some fun.
