I just hopped on over to the Facebook group of "It Isn't Christmas Until the Coke Advert is Shown on TV" -- because IT TOTALLY ISN'T (I have strong feelings on this, because I'm a sekrit coporate whore and love the Coke Christmas ads more than anything) -- only to hear the terrible news that it isn't showing this year. They have some terrible new ad! I thought I just hadn't seen it because I don't really watch TV in Lancaster but no, I don't even have it it to look forward to when I get home. Which is a vast yawning chasm of terrible.
Don't laugh. I mean it. It makes my Christmas every year. (Okay, so maybe you can laugh a little bit... but sympathetically!)
But! All is not lost. Youtube saves the day!
Honestly, redesigning the Christmas coke ads. Who do Coca-cola think they are to meddle with Christmas tradition? Ahem.
In keeping with the Christmas theme of this entry, why not track Santa on Christmas Eve? Sometimes, I love people. Their insanity gives me warm fuzzies.
