clo_againI've said it before and I'll say it again, I lovelovelove BBC's Wimbledon coverage. I did have to choose between watching the comforting ease of Roger or the nail-biting, life-shortening struggle that is Timmy and went with Timmy. Because hey, he could flatten Roger, Andy AND Mardy this year but if he won, I wouldn't care. This might be his last Wimbledon, which gives me sadness. :( The last one where he has more than a million-to-one chance of winning anyway, though I'm fairly sure I said that last year. And possibly the year before.
Maybe the Energiser Bunny's been giving him tips or something, I don't know. :)
TIMMY, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU LOST THAT GAME. Put some effort into it!
I'm still hoping Roger's blazer was a first-match-only thing or that it'll get too hot for him to need it later in the week. Bless his dorkiness but it does look awful. It's on level with wearing socks with sandals or tucking your shirt into your jeans on the fashion faux pas scale. Then again, maybe he doesn't care and hey, I'm sitting here wearing a t-shirt that announces to the world -- in very bright multi-colour -- that "I'm not wearing underwear today!" On balance, perhaps I'm not the best person to be dispensing fashion advice.
Which doesn't mean I'm not going to use the icon because it's Roger + British slang, two of my favourite things. (Meant affectionately in case you look poncey up and go "Bzuh?" For me it's always been more affectionate than really rude. *shrugs*)

I have one -- okay two -- more days before I go to Cardiff. :-/ I really should be unpacking but I can't stop watching the train wreck that is Timmy. Argh, he should not be this stressful.
