Remembered train tickets. Remembered new contacts. Remembered rail card and walkman and to throw out all the food from my cupboard.

However, all this amounts to nothing when you forget to pack your wallet.

This may prove... problematic.

edit: If esteemed father has to go *back* to Lancaster, solely to pick my wallet up? Um. Yes. May have possibly lost all brownie points gained when I came home at my inconvenience the other weekend. Possibly all brownie points *ever*.

This? Is why I rage, at great length, on the stupidity of having more than one bag.

edit: Ahhh. Thinking back, it might've been on the bed when I lifted the mattress to get stuff from the under-bed storage space. Which means it would've fallen down the side and out of sight, out of...

Suddenly I'm immensely glad I lent S my key and she can check for me before we go running back up there.

edit: Wallet's right where I left it. In Lancaster. In the wrong damn bag.

Yeah. Parental... unimpressed. Me? Also unimpressed, since day of shopping tomorrow is now sacrificed to return to to Lancaster.
