La la. Happy Wednesday!

clo_againJust spent mindboggling amounts of money on Edinburgh trip. Okay, not so much. About £40 for train tickets and the hostel which is good and gives me plenty of spending money. We did end up going for a mixed dormitory with twelve beds for the sake of cheapness though, so there's four of us and the potential for eight randoms, from any country, boy or girl. S rather comfortingly pointed out that any of them could also be axe murderers and kill us in our sleep but we also decided that axe murders probably wouldn't be backpacking because the axe would be too heavy to carry all the time. I'm leaning towards us *not* getting axe murdered and, all in all, it looks pretty damn fun. Edinburgh whee! There's nothing quite so good as Scotland.
Also, I've tried assuring A that they don't eat haggis for every meal but I'm pretty sure she doesn't believe me. :) Sigh. I also realised that I'd miss the Ladies' AO final on the Saturday -- woe :( -- but I'll be back for the Mens'. So, all is good. :)
The Dragon managed to send me a badly misspelt -- "chossing" for "choosing"? It wasn't exactly a long email; proof reading wouldn't have been that hard. -- email saying yes, I should be able to pick K's room and no, no more than four people are allowed to 'continue' in each flat. Which is going to be... interesting. I'm dragging myself out of bed to go as soon as she starts letting people sign up at 9:30am. Better lose than sleep than have to move flats.
Need to do work, not sleep. Damn Serenity for being so good and keeping me awake till 3am.
