Don't worry, it's a Doctor Who: The Christmas Invasion specific joke. *Doctor Who spoiler for anyone who doesn't want to know* At the end, the Doctor tells the prime minister that he can bring her government down with just six words, then he walks over to her right-hand man and whispers "Don't you think she looks tired?" Later on they watch an interview with her on the news that has everyone asking her if she really is unfit for duty and suggesting a vote of no confidence. It'd be nice if the same thing happened to Bush. ^_^

(You're not dumb, just not a Doctor Who nerd. ^_^ Which is probably a good thing.)
