clo_againOnly seeing Murray win could make getting up at 7:30am worth it. I'm so happy he came through for me, even though I think I was screaming loud enough at the TV to wake half the street.
And then I went to town to open a new bank account. Only I couldn't find the bank I wanted. Um. Yes. I'll have lived here twenty years next month and I can't find one damn bank. I found every other possible bank of course but the one I wanted? Hah. I'll have to do it in Lancaster.
So that was my stupid moment of the day. The rest of it has been spent cleaning and washing. Parents get home around 5 or 6am tomorrow and I'm planning a Firefly marathon to wait up for them and in celebration of me surviving two weeks on my own in an actual house, not surrounded by other students. I wish it'd been a month. I've had far too much fun.
But to stay awake all that time, I need to finish the washing and sleep for a while. Because wow, I'm exhausted. But I want to finish at least the draft of Prize later, even if I don't finish the editing. Damn. Far too much to get done.
