I didn't realise I was still angsting over Andy losing at the US Open. Because that's what this fic has turned into; me, angsting over Andy losing. It was that damn note on his website that did it. Damn him for managing to be cute despite not knowing what a capital letter is.

But it's flowing nicely, even if it has turned into another wtfthisislong thing. Thankfully, coffee is keeping me awake. Mmmmm. I love you coffee.

My first reaction to ? "And in other news, Roger Federer takes up acting as he replaces Dominic Monaghan as Charlie on popular TV show, Lost..." Which just confirms that I watch far too much TV.

But yes. Must angst. Must fic. Must think of the three hour train journey down to Cardiff on Tuesday as time to catch up on my English summer reading and not as an opportunity to write fic.

Heh. I'm going on a six hour round-trip to see Serenity. Joss Whedon, you are an evil evil man.

edit: I love that Andy capitalises 'American' and not his own name. As much as it makes me want to chop a grammar book up into little pieces and feed it to him as pseudo!breakfast cereal.

Andy needs to take tips from Roger in the photoshoot department, he has really got the cuteness down. He also needs to take grammar tips from Feds too. The letters Roger sends out are always so nice and capitalized, and then there's Andy, typing 'you' as 'u.' Fellow Americans do frighten me just a tad.

As cute as Andy can be in photoshoots, Roger does have it down to an art. It does make me a sigh a little about Andy, that Roger can write in three languages better than Andy can write in one. Be reassured that it's not just Americans though -- half the people I know write like that, most of them meant to be intelligent university students. :-)

Also, I love that Roger writes better English than Andy by miles, but then again, Andy is so precious with all the no caps and stuff that I can't hold it against him... and Roger would write better English than Andy since it's not his first language AND Andy is an American and we have our own version of English... though Andy's is more netspeak than anything... and wow, this is rambly, isn't it?
