I was convinced I'd finish Halo last night and then it took me forever to get past one part, which, admittedly, was a tricky part but still. -_- Need to teach myself not to sleep again I think. There's one last snag that I'm trying to find a way past and then it's pretty much plain sailing till the end. She says.
Sorry I vanished last night. Turning the 'net off to make myself fic apparently freaked it out - turned it back on later and it didn't work. Seems to have sorted itself out again though, after a few cautiouskicks pokes. Wireless internet may be fun but damn is it temperamental. -_- I miss my brother's super-fast internet. Now *that* was awesome.
'rents are insisting that I am slobbing out this summer. Pointing out that I've been to two capital cities and I'm getting less than eight - usually less than seven - hours sleep a night because I'm trying to do stuff doesn't seem to have impressed them, since they don't class 'writing' as work unless I can sell it. -_- I swear, they'd rather I was going out every night getting drunk and starting fights, just because it classes as 'leaving the house'. Still, only about a month and a half till I get back to Lancaster. And okay, that really doesn't sound that long all of a sudden. o_O

liroa15's birthday is and after the minor panic of 'ohshitI'vemissedANOTHERbirthday' was soothed am trying to work out how much of the stuff I've accumulated to send will fit in the envelope. -_- They need to make fatter envelopes.
