When revision is going terribly, and people are distracting me right and left and the littlest things are bugging me... you can always rely on flat two of Grange to provide a welcome amusement. *grins*

Now, a few days ago, I was walking back from the shop with K and her boyfriend, who lives in a flat where tomato sauce fights and smushing metal wastebins into crumpled heaps are an everyday occurence. He happened to mention he'd ordered one of these and keeping in mind their flat is in the building directly across from ours, my immediate - joking - response was "Oh boy, we'd better say goodbye to our windows then." We laughed and I pretty much forgot about it after.

Until, just a little while ago, K knocked on my door with much giggling and dragged me out to the stairs... to show me the large, football-sized hole through the window and the shattered glass all the way up to our outer door.

Now keep in mind, we are on the fourth floor. To get a water balloon - because that's all it was - flying *upwards*, with enough force to go through the window that hard... because the glass scattered a *long* way, so it must've really slammed through. Thank god no one was climbing the stairs at the time, or that it didn't go through a kitchen window instead. But no one was hurt and though the guys are a little shaken up - because it really was an accident - we think they probably won't get kicked out, though they're going to get one hell of a yelling at by the dean. Me and K haven't stopped giggling just because... we told them so! We really did!

Best thing that's happened all day. *grins* Life in this flat is just crazy.

But I am appallingly behind in Philosophy now and my break finished ten minutes ago, so I've gotta be off. *sighs* I will finish at least the first half term of Philosophy today, I will.
