BNL is creepy and brilliant like that. I'm mean, have you listened closely to Old Straw Hat and Dirty Old Frank? (I think that's the name). "i bring her flowers and a .22 with shells"

Oh man, I'd forgotten that song. (I left my copy of Stunt at home and I'm desperately downloading any BNL I can find. *sighs*) I listened to that one countless times before I actually *listened* hard and went 'WTF?!'

They really are brilliant. But yes, really creepy along with it. ^__^

I've got Brian Wilson and Call & Answer on my computer here at work and that's all. HOwever, I was actually listening to Stunt last night. Good stuff, and it's very interesting when it comes after A Perfect Circle's The Thirteenth Step. :)

Old Apartment was one that I finally figured out a little while ago. I thought it was this sort of odd nostalgic piece and the realized it's actually a psycho ex-boyfriend piece from said boyfriend's POV. Eeew.

I've found a few random ones on the student network but none of the main Stunt ones. Which seems crazy to me, because who else would have BNL songs if not students? Never heard A Perfect Circle - they worth looking up? *goes off to look*

I couldn't decide for ages if it was meant to be creepy or nostalgic - I think figuring out Old Straw Hat finally made me decide it was the creepy. :) It's enough to make you shiver thinking about it... but it's probably one of my favourite songs on there regardless. It's just so good to listen to.
