On Anne Rice's latest plan to write a novel from the POV of Jesus:

cat_mcdougall: First, she ruined vampires. Now, she's ruining Jesus. Is nothing sacred anymore?!

linzee: Could be worse. She could be writing the Passion of the Christ sequel, where Jesus comes back as a vampire.

Now that I've said it, it will happen.

dakotapratt: HE GAVE HIS BLOOD FOR YOUR SINS.

AND NOW...

HE WANTS IT BACK.

Yes I laughed my ass off. There is much more gleefully delicious discussion wank over here: http://www.journalfen.net/community/fandom_wank/700735.html. *happy sigh*

Also, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe trailer makes me cry tears of joy. I should really stop immersing myself so completely in tennis slash y'know. I keep missing all these squeeful things. *snuggles [livejournal.com profile] eruantale for pointing them out* Now if I can just get the Serenity trailer to work...

Yes I am avoiding working on my Creativ Writing. And trying to avoid going shopping with Flatmate of d00m even though I need to get R a b-day present... *ponders what I can buy on campus* Oh I have plan! Mwahaha!

And yes, this was an attempt to stop [livejournal.com profile] liroa15 yelling at us for being boring. ;-) Is it working?

There's something seriously wrong with Anne Rice. But... *falls over laughing* At least she gives me something to laugh at. :-D

That's one of the funniest things I've read today, and since I was reading The Restaurant At The End of The Universe earlier that's high praise indeed.

"Cut for being almost certainly offensive to Christians"

If you can't laugh at yourself what gives you the right to laugh at anyone else?

But a novel from Jesus' POV might actually tell us whether the T-shirts are right, and he actually did do it "for the chicks."

*giggles* Fandom_wank even beat Douglas Adams? Wow, now that's good.

*nods* Damn right!

Saw a girl with a t-shirt the other day that said "I found Jesus! He was behind the sofa the whole time." I *really* want one. ^__^

lol. T-shirts say the funniest things.

And I said one of, not the funniest thing. It doesn't come close to "He then talked to his table for a week to see how it would react."
