But personally, I think it's the shorts. He nevr does so well when he wears the black shorts. He wore them against Zabaleta and Ancic and dropped a set each in those matches. Not so with white or grey shorts. The black shorts are evil. *nods* We should burn them. And it's just a coincidence that it will leave Roger with no pants. Really.

I actually started writing a letter to you during the first couple of sets and I had to stop and hide behind a cushion because I just couldn't concentrate anymore. And when he lost the couple of points in the tiebreak... I'm glad there was no one in the house to hear me swearing at him.

Well whatever he decided, I was ready to fly out there and hit him with a tennis racquet until he changed his mind. Though he did not look a happy bunny, so maybe a hug was what he needed.

I couldn't watch anymore so I left it taping and went upstairs to the computer, where I promptly booted up courtcast so I could have the scores. And then I would close it and a minute later I'd be back at the nasdaq website opening again. I literally could not stop myself because I had to know. *sighs*

I know - they showed her laughing at one point, after he'd won a point and then when he lost the next one, the commentators said "Do think Mirka's laughing now?" And I swore at them at great length for being so evil. Damn them.

I couldn't not watch, except for the parts I was hiding behind a cushion/my hands/my notebook for. I was so convinced he'd lost, but I couldn't look away, just on the offchance he'd find the magic again. I still can't believe he did it. I think I'm in shock.

It was actually kind of funny, because sister was at the U studying for her Japanese interview/conversation with the teacher and I would phone her at the end of every set. I think she got tired of me interrupting her, but I didn't really care. *pets Roger*
