clo_againSo. Tired. This is why getting up 9am on a Saturday is bad for you.
Haven't been around much - at all - today due to major decorating effort. Walls are now completely stripped and clean, ceiling has had the first coat of paint and I've started to sand down the cupboards ready to paint them. I meant to finish Halcyon 6 tonight but it's almost at 2,000 words and I don't think it's even reached halfway yet, so it'll have to be tomorrow. Lots to happen in the next part, so I think being awake to write it helps too. *yawns*
Have reached a decision about crazee!analysis fic comments - from now on I'll leave just basic comments to let you know I'm reading and liking, because I haven't got time for more right now. However if the people I usually do madly indepth reviews for want crazee!analysis for something in particular, just let me know which fics and I'll set aside a couple of days later in the holidays to go through and do them all. Right now I'm putting off commenting until I have time to 'do it properly' and then I end up not commenting at all on some really great fic, so it's just not working. This way, I get to sleep. :) Which is very good, especially since I lose an hour of sleep tonight I think.
Oh and Mardy is officially a doofus. He could've taken it to a third set! Oh well. At least I'm very fond of Tommy, so it's not that bad.
Decorating hurts. My hands are in tatters, especially after today when the paint scraper seemed to have it in for me. I have an inch-long slit in my thumb where I pressed it too hard to the side of the scraper, not to mention countless paper cuts. I never realised decorating was such a health risk. At least we're very slowly getting somewhere with it though. :D
Okay, off to leave a few comments then sleep. 9am is such a horrible time to be awake on Saturdays. It makes me tired before midnight. Ggggrr.
