Dude where did my day go?

I can't believe it's this late. *shakes head* S'insane. But anyway, tennis slash is being worked on and should be up in a couple of hours or so. I'll warn you in advance, it's not going to be pretty. I think my Roger muse is staging a rebellion for some reason. And Andy's pissed at him for dumping him so Andy's rebelling too. It's all crazy-crazy-crazy here in Clo-world. But yes, fic later.

dukedee what's happening this weekend? I've been forgetting to tell you; the line between Preston and Lancaster keeps getting closed at weekends, so you may end up on a coach for the last leg. Any ideas of what time-ish you're aiming to get here? And is it okay for a few of the girls to tag along with us to the restaurant for dinner? I promise they'll be good.

I had a fun day today, despite not really achieving anything. I went into town after Philosophy, snagged one of the sofas by the window in Cafe Nero and worked on the ficlet for tonight in between watching the snow showers outside. I must've sat there for... two hours, at least. It was nice. :) They'd sold out of the cushions I wanted from Internationale though. *sighs* I soothed my pain with pretty writing paper for all these letters I owe people. Which will be written tomorrow and sent Friday, I swear.

Also, listen up people - it would have been nice to be told that I've been GETTING ANDY RODDICK'S AGE WRONG FOR THE LAST NINE MONTHS. Just a casual remark, a helpful comment, hell a KICK IN THE PANTS, anything to let me know. Since you have no idea how stupid I felt when I noticed while reading Ace today. Very, very stupid. Beyond words stupid.

So that was my moron!moment of the day. Aren't you proud? -_- (It is quite funny really, just... what sort of tennis slasher am I?! USELESS I SAY.)

Moving on from my horrendous use of caps lock, it was also pointed out to me today that we have a Philosophy test in week nine. I may sulk, since that cuts a good three or four days out of my English-essay-writing time. But, I'll worry about that next week. Right now I'm disappearing under plot bunnies and since I actually have time to pay attention to them for once, I will. Yay!

Now I'm off to wash up the disaster area I made of the kitchen cooking spaghetti bolognese, wash my hair and finish tennis slash. Interesting life I do lead eh? You can wake up now. ;)

Um... I think being afraid would probably be good. *sighs* I have no idea what's got into my Roger muse. No more caffeine before bedtime for him.

Ummmm..... Hill booked train tickets, so I've looked on http://www.nationalrail.co.uk he said we'd be catching the train on both Sat and Sun at about 1, which as far as I can see means we'll be getting there about 2:30.

Yeah, that'd be great. They don't have to be good mind. Me and Hill aren't going to be too bothered, and we'll be leaving the city (I'll even be leaving the country, technically) the next day, so is all good.

Cool. Gives me a lie-in Saturday. ;) I'll head into town for about then, so just text me when you hit Preston - if you're still coming by train after Preston, no idea what the smeg they're doing to the lines right now - and I'll know to head for the station. Can you bring sleeping bags or do you just want to use the ones we've got? If you can bring them it just means you'll have something softer to sleep on, since you can use ours as 'mattresses'. Hhhhm. Hope you both fit in the room actually. You should do, unless you've both grown since Christmas. :)

V. cool, will check who's here and wants to come. You'll miss meeting Kayleigh and Kerrie since they aren't here for the weekend though. *sighs* Nevermind.

That's a shame, but I'm sure we can visit again.

Can't speak for Hill, but I've got my sleeping bag, so that's ok. And if we don't fit in the room I'm sure there's somewhere we can sleep. Set up a Bivi perhaps :-D
