Mar. 2nd, 2008 02:50 pmThis looks like *so much fun*. Not that I currently have any plans to visit Hawaii but that could swing me. Aerial runways were my favourite childhood playground feature; the grown-up versions, over valleys and waterfalls? Where do I *sign*?
Also, I just added a trip to North Queensland into my Oz trip plans, to stay in a Rainforest Tree Houses. I think that's one area of the trip when the accommodation might be worth splashing out on. Two bedrooms though - any Aussies fancy sharing a trip to a tree house in the rainforest sometime in the next year or so? ^_^ Whenever I actually start saving money instead of buying DVDs.
Like the first series of The Borrowers I just picked up for £5. BBC One is showing the film and it's so, so bad, I had to remind myself of what it was like done well. Also, I liked Human Traffic enough that I kind of want to buy the special edition but I just spent £5 and another £4 is pushing that toward £10 and I have to stop buying DVDs.
But the special edition has *80 minutes* of extras. -_- Dammit. You know, all this money I've spent on DVDs lately and I still haven't bought any of Disney DVDs I was looking at in the first place. I need to remember how to focus. And possibly forget how to use play.com.
It's not like I need more things to watch anyway. Watched the first episode of The Sarah Connor Chronicles last night and though it was a bit naff, apparently it gets better. Plus it's nice to see Summer Glau again. And I absolutely have to watch Ashes to Ashes now, and Torchwood and all these DVDs that should turning up in the next couple of days...
