Bored. Really bored. And instead of going to play on The Sims 2 like I really want to (I worked out how to make a tennis court yesterday, heh. Completely uselessly, since the sims won't use it as one but hey, it looks good) I have to ring the job centre. Again. And go through forty minutes of hellish questions, like "Are you on bail awaiting trial?" and "Are you pregnant?". Again.
And the job I was hoping would save me from it has emailed back to say they aren't recruiting until later in the year. Bah. The job description they sent me looks actually fun too.
I should just emigrate to the arse-end of nowhere and live on rabbit stew. Give up this whole notion of gainful employment. It'd be a better use of my time than sitting in the job centre trying to explain why I don't want to work in a carpet shop. Again. (Explain again. Not work in one again.)
Oh well. -_- Once more into the tediosity (if that isn't a word, it should be. The dictionary defintion should be 'attempting to make sense of those idiots at the job centre').
edit: Yay for that being over! I think I gave them the wrong dates for when I worked in Chester University but only by a week. Plus I have to go in on Thursday anyway (I doubled checked the date this time, so if they screw up then it's *definitely* their fault).
At least I haven't totally wasted today. x_x
