Because I put my details in wrong three times -- though I can't even work out what I typed in wrong the last time -- and it's deleted my entire internet banking account. Which means I need to set it up all over again.
I- there are no words for how pissed off I am right now. For godssake. Don't warn me that you're going to delete the entire damn thing if I get it wrong one more time Nationwide because you know, you wouldn't want me double-checking the bloody details to make sure they're correct now would you? Bastards.
