It's always a fun surprise to be heading toward the kitchen in your most revealing pair of Little Miss Naughty pyjamas, only to spot through the window just before opening the door that, once again, Surly Art Student Fresher has filled it with a few more of her seemingly endless supply of male friends. I know, I know; it was only half midnight which is practically respectable and it's everyone's kitchen but I'm losing count of the times she's filled the kitchen with her friends and we've only been here two weeks. Keeping in mind her friends are the only ones of all the freshers' friends who don't bother to speak to us, introduce themselves or so much as clear up the mess they inevitably make of the kitchen -- mmm. Fun times.
Not to mention I did the not-speaking to flatmates dance of awkwardness last year and wasn't keen on a repeat but she blanks all attempt at conversation. I said "Hi" on entering the kitchen to find her sitting at the table earlier today and got all of a brief look before she kept on reading her magazine. It's *frustrating*. I've made as much of an attempt to chat to her as I have to the other two, so why is she the only one who refuses to be so much as civil?
So, yeah. This is mainly an annoyed reaction the the pyjama thing. Walking into a room of strange guys while wearing scant, Mister Men pyjamas? Could *so* be considered a mentally scarring situation.
