If that doesn't tell you how hot I am, I wore a skirt today. A *short* skirt. And not with knee-length boots either; with flip-flops. I'm a tiny bit shocked the world hasn't ended but it was show the legs off or slowly roast in my clothes. I went with the not-cooking myself option.

I totally did not just type that not-cocking. Really. Um.

...I'd blame the internet for corrupting me but you'd all know it was a lie. ;)

edit: Iced tea? BEST. INVENTION. EVER.

edit: Because lossi and kindoftrouble wanted to see what chaos I'd done with the fabric paint they sent me: the whole t-shirt and a detail. Fabric paint = awesome. :D

You know you've started hallucinating when you wonder if there's any pills out there that replicate the feeling of air con without actually having air con -- and the next song on Pandora chimes in right on cue with "Give me drugs..."

In related news, I'm sleeping downstairs on the sofa tonight. Why did I decide to have the constantly hottest room in the house as mine again? Anyone?

My dvd with the entire third season of Scrubs on it isn't working. Nor is my one with some films and the second half of series five. I have woe because dammit, I'll have to download them all again in October. Curses. However I still have the rest of the seasons to watch and it's the perfect mindless entertainment when your brain is mush from heat.
