Nov. 30th, 2005 09:58 amTV Licencing people have now sent me an email, in response to the question I sent them about where to find my TV licence number on my licence:
"Unfortunately I am unable to deal with your request as you have not provided your address.
Once I have this information I will action your request and send you the appropriate form or confirmation. "
Um. Not only did the help form not *ask* for my address, but it was just a simple question. The guy probably could've answered it in the time it took him to send the generic "I'm sorry, we can't help you because we're too busy being stupid" email. They clearly have my email address, since they've *emailed* me. I didn't request the specific licence number, I just asked where to find the goddamn thing, so why on earth would they need my address? All they had to say was "It's not on your licence. If you have a Reminder letter it'll be on there or you can provide us your address and we'll send you the number." All. They. Had. To. Say.
Not "We smart, you dumb. No give us address. Haha. We make this sound like your fault now."
I'm unplugging my internet to go and write my essay all day now. -_- TV licencing people can rot in hell for all I care.

Nov. 30th, 2005 02:15 pmThis song is all too cute. There are rumours it could be Christmas no 1 and frankly, I'll take something that cute over Girls-No-Talent-We're-Just-[A]Loud anyday.
This time I actually mean it when I say I'm turning the internet off to write my essay. Literally, cables unplugged and possibly given to a flatmate for safe-keeping. I may be back tonight, I may not be back until tomorrow, I don't know. Post pretty pictures for me to come back to? Please? :-D
Honestly, having to write essays. How dare they make us do *work* in a *university*. ;)
