-_- So very not impressed with flatmates who sit in my room for hours, when I've told them repeatedly that yes, I am busy. Torn between still trying to finish fic and getting up early later today and therefore getting more done. Would help if I could be sure how long the fic's going to end up, though I don't see how it *could* end up much longer than I've got planned.

Argh, flatmates. >_< *Why*?!

edit I give up. I was just not meant to be accomplished today, no matter how hard I tried. -_-

Brother never got back to me about Cardiff. Useless boy. BUT, instead of being useful and productive like I should be being right now, I looked for cinemas I could get to that were still showing Serenity... and found that the one in Cheshire Oaks is still showing it. Only I don't know if it still will be by the time I go home a week on Monday-ish.

Thinking of planning an emergency trip home tomorrow until Saturday. Hhmm. I *need* to see this movie. I'm going slowly crazy. -_-

edit: Hhhmmmm. 'rents aren't busy. Seemed a little bemused that I would spend *that* much money on a train ticket to come home, *just* to see a movie but pretty much don't care as long as I catch the train and they don't have to drive me back and to to Lancaster. Hhhhmmmm. Of course, there is a chance it'll still be showing there when I go home in like a week and a half but...

I really should be doing work right now. Nevermind. Serenity is more important. :D

So I thought hey, I'll have a nap so I can stay up later to get everything done. Lay down. Closed my eyes.

Person in the room beneath me started playing loud music again. As in, I could hear every. Single. Word. Our rooms have *great* soundproofing. You'd have to be *deaf* to need the music that loud. Unfortunately, the porters can't be bothered to come and put a stop to it unless it's after 11pm.

In lieu of help from them, I'm now have my speakers flat to the floor and Nirvana's Rape Me playing. Loudly.

Teach them to keep me awake with Coldplay. Gggrrr.

edit: Oh look, they stopped. I wonder why?

Not vindictive. Not me. Nope. Ahem.

Oh wow. Re-watching Attack of the Clones only makes it worse. Could the dialogue *be* more stiff? Poor Ewan; he does his best but it all sucks, really. How did I not remember this? And aw, the seismic charges don't sound anywhere *near* as good on my crappy little TV as they did in the cinema. They were the best part.

In other news am ignoring work in favour of trying to finish fic. Because hey, work, pfft. :)
