For someone who's meant to be avoiding LJ today, I'm posting far too much.

But after what pretty much amounts to two days of fairly solid reading... I'm finally getting a headache. Ow. My eyes don't have the stamina they used to when I was little and could go through ten library books in one night. *rubs her head* Still, I'm on page 518 and if I finish it, I can work on Datta tonight, which I've been wanting to all day.

In other news, my aunt's friend is looking into getting me a job in M&S. This is good news; while it means I would have to renounce my life as a bum for a month or so, it would (a) be earning me money and (b) making me be more productive, since I tend to accomplish more in terms of fic and such when I know I only have limited times in which to do it. However they haven't hired me yet - she hasn't even enquired, she's going to on Monday - and it'll probably take a little bit of doing but I'm crossing my fingers. Earning money would be nice, though please don't remind I said that when I'm whining about how much I hate it if I get a job *touch wood*

Anyway, back to reading so poor neglected Datta will get some attention. Before I read the end, I'd just like to say that I do love Draco Malfoy. Hey, HBP could've been from his POV! *ponders* Saying no more, lest I have to put in a cut.
