Oh my god...
Mar. 29th, 2005 10:07 pm... is that really Gaudio's coach (long blondish hair, dark glasses)? He is just *lickable*. Who is it? For the first time ever I want to write player/coach slash. Mmmmmmmm. Although the commentators are now discussing Gaston's socks. And the naked-Llodra-in-the-locker story. *giggles* Because y'know, commentating on the tennis match? Why would they want to do a thing like that?
I have spent an absolute fortune today, mostly on stuff that I didn't need but which was pretty. I got a dress, a proper ball-gown-dress in dark, shiny red. For £3. I was gleeful (even though I don't need it and probably won't for a while). ^__^ I also got a fluffy coat for next winter, a box of coloured paper and card - because Cheshire Oaks has a *really* cool paper shop and it'll be good for writing letters - hideously expensive black twirly handles for my bedroom cupboards, frames for two prints I want to put up, black boxes to sort stuff into... yet more coffee, chocolate, fudge, um... and other stuff I've forgotten. Suffice to say I spent way too much money, even though the handles look cool. *sighs* And we almost, *almost* got black curtains - they were fake leather but they were very pretty and the right length and not too expensive... but they were about thirty centimetres too short in the width. I was not impressed. >_< The world hates black curtains! We can't even find 100% cotton ones to dye black. Am seriously considering going to hit the people who design curtains with something heavy, because they have everything else in black, pillows, sheets and so on... *sighs* Some moron in a suit somewhere decreeing that black curtains are unprofitable no doubt.
*frets nervously over Nadal's live scores* C'mon Rafa... The stress of tie-breaks is not good for us, I swear. *frets a little more*
Okay, I'm off to watch tennis and hope we get Roger's match - they're talking about sticking around for Henman's match, so I can only hope they've decided to extend the coverage past midnight tonight. And since Roger's match is almost certain to start before Tim's... although it would help if Nadal could stretch his match to a third set. *crosses fingers* I've yet to see a Roger match this tournament and it makes me sad. *sighs*
(Oh, in case you couldn't tell I'm watching tennis. And watching the live scores, because they aren't showing the Nadal/Ljubicic... oh dammit Nadal, I wasn't serious about the third set! Shit. *frets more*)
