Heh. Lazy updater Clo...

Okay, have finished exams now. Should be updating more often. But, laziness. And trying to catch up with everything. I can't believe I've already had almost a week of my summer.

I'm working today (going in for half ten) which is kind of irritating because I have so much STUFF to do, but also fun because I'm working the same day as my friend for the same time, which gives me someone to talk to about random insane stuff. All good.

And even better, Jareth finally came through with a backstory and a way to make canon co-operate with me for the sequel to Dreams of Silk :-D!!!! I'm glad I waited to let the backstory develop itself rather than going with my initial ideas, because this one works much better. Going to write it after work tonight, which gives me today to iron out some of the minor details. Good old Jareth. Always comes through eventually.

I bought bells yesterday. ^__^ Two strings of brightly coloured braid with bells attached, just because they were shiny and jingly and pretty. They're hanging in front of my window and I know they're going to drive me insane before long, but right now they're just pretty.

And because my room totally needed another random piece of weirdness. Really.

I didn't realise the exams had stopped me catching up with so *much* stuff - I've still got to answer emails from Monday. And the letter about my finance stuff from Lancaster, that said I could do it all online, was WRONG and now I've missed the deadline to get it at the start of term and all it just... blah. And I can't print out the forms because I have no printer and I can't get them today in town because the council people are too lazy to work Saturdays.

Am not impressed. Very much so not impressed. Ggggrrrr.

But on plus side, have backstory. And although am being dragged to see Day after Tomorrow tomorrow night, I hopefully get to see Shrek 2 on Monday. Yay!

Off to get ready for work. Be back later, hopefully with fic.
