Bored, gloriously bored....
Jan. 5th, 2004 05:41 pmYes. Exceedingly bored. The lady from Lancaster was supposed to be back in today but she hasn't emailed me back to say she got the stories I sent. Which leads to the unevitable; "Oh my god, what if she didn't get them?" "What if she hated them?" "What if they were so bad she's too embarassed to email me back?" "What if she got hit by a bus on the way to work," etc, etc. *sighs* So I'm just like... -_- Eh. And I've heard nothing from Warwick either. So yes, generally depressing on the university front. However, I have hope! Because hearing nothing is better than a rejection letter. I think.
Had to admit in my English class that I was the only one who had read Tom Sawyer *blushes* We've been told to read as much as possible over the next six months and keep a reading log. So shall have to get a move on with The Prince so I can carry on with The Divine Comedy. Also must read The Iliad before May. And have been told I must read Trainspotting too. o_O So much to read! Ah!
My internet is driving me batty tonight so I'm about ready to give up on it. Think I'll play on Sims again for a while. Plus 'new' Smallville later tonight. :-D Though no doubt 'twill start off my Lex/Clark bunnies again. *sigh*
Love, peace and jelly babies,
Clo
