Why is it that whenever I want to read Sirius/Remus fic I can never find any? -_- Anyone have any suggestions?
I find it bizarre that some people think most slash is more badly written than het fic. In my experience most slashfic is far better than the tons and tons of het-fic out there. I came to the conclusion that the people who write bad het-fic are little girls who haven't been introduced to slash yet and have no concept of ow bad their writing is, but that's just my opinion. But honestly, in general I find slash is better written. Though I was nominating for the Jelly Baby Awards on Planet Helen earlier and I thought of a 'best Slash Fic' nomination without pausing to think but I couldn't for the life of me think of any non-slash fics to nominate. o_O It was vaguely bizarre. Though lately I've remembered just how much I love Logan/Rogue from X-men. ^__^ My favourite X-men movieverse pairing, even more so than Scott/Logan.
I have a driving lesson at 2:50 and it's hanging over my head like a black cloud. -_- I hate them. I sucked so badly last week I just wanted to get out the car and give up so I'm not exactly optomistic this week. Plus £17:50 a lesson! If I'd saved that money instead of having driving lessons I could have bought like fifteen DVDs by now instead of suffering an hour a week. So dumb.
I suppose I should go and concentrate on thinking about driving so I don't suck even more this week. Joy. Fun. Excitement. See me oozing sarcasm.
