Sep. 21st, 2003 10:38 amThis song is beautiful. Every time I hear it I think about making a music video of this and not 'My Last Breath'. But they're *so* entirely different... I'd have to approach this entirely differently to the gothic way I want to film 'My Last Breath'. But I've been promising everyone 'My Last Breath' for months and it's still a kick-ass song so I'll do that. Plus I was watching the Matrix again last night and in between going into spasms of delight at some of the STUNNING camera-work I decided I'd have to try some of the angles and shots for myself. Naturally they had millions of dollars worth of expensive equipment and I have this didy little camera, but the basic structure should still work. And the Matrix is surprisingly gothic at times, so the shots wouldn't work with 'My Last Breath'.

I want.... some new icons. Except the Stitch one which is my token insanity one and is staying. But the Depp ones need a makeover. I'll fic a bit, do some icons then go tape a music video for media. Off the T.V. I mean, we aren't filming ours until after half term. ^_^
I actually watched and enjoyed the last ten minutes or so of the ironman match on Smackdown! *shockhorror* More wrestling than I've watched in ages. But I mostly enjoyed it because there were none of these crappy little boys with stupid names the WWE seems to be hiring in droves lately. If I knew the rest of my family wouldn't moan for hours about it I'd start trying to watch it again but Stargate, Angel and Scrubs season is coming up and I'll have to argue enough to get the T.V. for those. *sighs*
I would like to say at this point as I don't know if I've ever said it here before: i despise the press. I hate journalists. No offense to any budding journalists, but having done media studies for a year, I can tell you with uttermost sincerity that there are some real bastards of journalists out there. Sure there are the nice few, but the press world as a whole pisses me off. 'Specially when they're nasty to nice people. Eh.
I'm going to go cheer myself up with Depp-pics now. And pirate-fic. Heh. Pirates.
