Hmmm..

Singing-thing was good. We paid £20 for a yellow frisbee. No seriously. ^___~ Actually it was to go towards Noah's Ark Hospital or something and we got a goody bag so it wasn't entirely unselfish. Plus... *yellow frisbee!* How could I resist?

I'm reduced to three icons.... which are going to get make-overs soon. Though I'm meant to be (and am) ficcing and enjoying it. I need to start posting fic here really..... maybe once this pirate trilogy is finished I'll put it on pirategasm .... but then maybe not since I'm never entirely sure how good my fic is. ^__^ Though the nice people on Planet Helen make my ego far too big for my own good. Anyway, will have to find ways to post it here..... though there are word limits I think and even if I can say something in 100 words I'd rather say it in 500. *shakes head* People who write short stories amaze me since I'm an epic-girl at heart.

I would like to make it known at this moment, that the sport of golf is evil and demonic and should be *banned* from being shown on T.V. Because I say *I'm* obessesive about Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom, but my dad takes obessesion to new heights with golf. Damn bloody stupid game.

Oh! Just remembered the whole point of this entry. The singer-guy had local kids doing backing vocals and dancing and he asked a few of them their names and one girl was called Savvy! He asked if she spelt it with a v and she said no, 'Saphy' I think it was but it was pronounced 'savvy'. I almost fell out my chair. Hence proving seeing PotC four times really *is* bad for you. But isn't that a cool name?

Keeping pirates in character is a bitch. The only time Jack's happy is when he's threatening someone I swear. That or seducing Will. The last thing I need is temperemental pirate muses. I'm writing this slash fic then it's back to ordinary ficcing until Christmas. Myth is starting pine and Jareth is making dire suggestions of people turning into frogs. Julian's off terrorising small children somewhere and frankly, I don't want to know what the fuck Wolvie's up to. Muses. Bastards.

*is assaulted by enraged muses* I would like to retract that last statement. *coff*bastards*coff*

I am pining for my laptop which I do not yet have, but will have at the end of October *fingers crossed* Had to bargain with the brother for a few hours of computer usage in which to further the pirate-love. Oh for the days when I can fic at peace in my room! Maybe then the sadly neglected LotV will get it's deserving share of my attention. I do feel guilty for not updating it more often. In between pirate-worship that is.

I am going to try to avoid politics from now on, because they're depressing and I'm firmly of the opinion if I ignore it, it'll go away. Though I liked an Arnie campaign badge I saw in SFX. The caption? "Your votes... Give them to me."

I'll wake up one day and find governments populated with Terminators, movie stars deciding affairs of state and the shocking news that dogs are in fact members of a secret organisation dedicated to stopping cats ruling the world. Though I never liked that movie. As if cats would be that stupid, come on. *looks over at cat, sprawled in ridiculous upside position, faast asleep* Then again.........

I shall fic while I have the computer. And maybe make some more wallpapers.
