Sleep! Sleep! My kingdom for more sleep!

I haven't slept very well for a few days, I don't know if it's because the weather has been too hot or something. Had weird dreams as well. Dreamed about something last night that not only confused me but made me wonder about someone. 'Twas very unexpected. Maybe my subconcious is telling me things.

That song I was looking for? Is only on a cd on the band's website and I know I won't have enough money to buy it so I'm sulking. *sighs* Well maybe not sulkng, just disappointed. S'great song so I would have though it'd be available through Amazon or somewhere..... Ah well. I'm sure I'll survive without one song. Plus I can always hear it on the Buffy dvds.

Got to play on the expensive computer editing equipment in meda this morning and 'twas immensely fun. But I swear, I'm gonna have to *love* the song I chose for my music video because if I don't I'm gonna get damn sick of hearing it over and over again. I'm still leaning towards 'My Last Breath' by Evanesence if I can get the singer. It's the right length and everything. But there are tons of songs I could do so if I have to do something else, never mind. The editing stuff is great - can't wait to do the video. ^___^ The computer has two screens so if you slide the mouse right over, the pointer hops from one screen to the next. Very cool. Only it makes my computer look kinda inadequate. ^_~

I'd forgotten how fun Lamp of the Valar is to write. Must write more. *scribbles*

I finally managed to download the 'Wild Horses' song which was one of the Buffy songs I wanted. S'pretty! Only it's encouraging my Buffy/Angel plotbunnies because it's the song they danced to at the prom. *cries* I can't deal with more plot bunnies right now - I have LotV and Myth fighting for space and time as it is. Don't even mention Game - Lex is kicking up a fuss at my lack of attention in him by organising my muses against me. -_- I knew a Luthor muse was a bad idea. LotV is still doing well though; Legolas works better when under pressure.

I'm fallen back on my backup plan to find the 'Back to Freedom' song - I've begged Andrew to look for it. *looks sheepish* He's waaaaaaay better at finding mp3s than me, plus I think he has Broadband. *mourns for her lack of Broadband* I think we need another 80 people in this area who want it. Our day will come. *nods* Then all shall tremble before the might of Broadband! Oh come on it's Friday. I'm allowed to be overly-dramatic. ^___^

Christine had almost finished OotP today and she backed up my opinion of it. Yey! Spiffyness.

I keep forgetting it's the weekend and I've got two days off. *happy sigh* Then I've only got next week - during which I'm skipping the Monday English lesson and don't have any more English till Thursday - so I have a ton of time off. I do have an essay on Shakespeare to write so that'll be done Monday or possibly Wednesdsy. AND, people have been getting their provisional timetables for next year - and Martin is in my English and Classics classes and they don't clash! *happy dance* And I'm fairly sure my media doesn't clash either, so if nothing changes dramatically timetable-wise, my lessons SHOULD be ok. Nifty!!! Though Sian reckons it'll all change *prays that it doesn't*

Hhhmm.... I'm sure there was something else I meant to do/say. *wanders off muttering to herself*
