May. 26th, 2003 11:26 amYou probably don't remember me going on about getting a new computer chair a few months ago. Well we did and it was great, gorgeously comfoy. Only now my cat has stolen it. He goes to sleep on it and we don't have the heart to throw him off. -_- So I've been relegated back to the ordinary chairs. I MISS MY COMFY CHAIR! *sighs* Rat. Hey he heard me, he's got his paws over his face. ^-^ An adorable rat then.
My parents decided to stay over in Dolgellau last night so they should be home soon. Means I should at least attempt to look like I'm revising for when they get here. I've realised that I've only got just over a week left to do everything. -_- Roman Satire's gonna be the hardest - damned bloody Dinner With Trimalchio....
Teehee Batman Beyond was good today. ^__^ Am a happy bunny now. I also want to finish Game: 4 and I may do. Depends on when my parents are coming home. Oh right they'll need to ring which means I should get off the net. *sighs* Oh for Broadband! My kingdom for Broadband!
It was weird - the other night my mum suddenly suggested getting a dog. And I don't think she was serious because (1) she's a cat person (2) it would trash her precious garden and (3) she goes nuts over the cat making a mess so I dread to think how she'd cope with a dog. But she used to have a little black spaniel that she had to sell and since the other night the topic has come up again once or twice. I want a collie because I love them but she wants a spaniel, possibly a king charles. *sighs* I want a big dog, not a little yappy one because they're too small - I already 'wrestle' with the cat when he's in the mood, I want a big dog to play with. ^-^ And collies aren't THAT big... depending on what type you get....
However I think it was just wishful thinking and it'll come to nothing which is a shame - every time I see someone walking a dog I wish I had one to take for walks. Casper is very much an indoor pet 'except for when he's in a playful mood in the summer and will chase me around the garden. But I'm pretty sure I'll have to wait for my own house to get a collie. Along with the cats of course. Bummer.
Still I've got a cat who delights in stealing my chair....... *mock-glares at Casper who doesn't even flinch*
Cats. I'm soft on them and they know it..... *grumbles*
