FFRRRRRREEEDOOOMMMMMMM!!
May. 20th, 2003 07:56 pmBraveheart moment.
I actually survived my english exam although at one point it was looking doubtful. I had three chances:
1) I'd get two poems I had notes on (doubtful since I was missing about 13 of them)
2) I'd get one poem I had notes for and another one I didn't.
3) I'd get poems I had no notes for and I'd panic.
Thankfully I got 2, and even better it was The Stolen Child which was faeries which was excellent. ^-^ Even better I got to chose two other poems to relate to it which meant I got to do JABBERWOCKY!!! That poem utterly rules. I did Kubla Khan as my other one - I would have done Spellbound, but I didn't have notes for it. Still Kubla Khan was fun.
After the poems it all went downhill and I'm kinda hoping I didn't lose the plot entirely and write rubbish, although I suspect I did. Gah. Still, I actually enjoyed the poetry part so it wasn't all bad.
And now I'm free for TWO AND A HALF WEEKS! Only then I have two three hour exams to go back to. o_O In the morning!!! -_- It shouldn't be allowed I swear.
Since I'd worked so hard, the woman bought me a posh sketchpad. ^-^ It was meant to be £10.25 but there was 30% off the sketchbooks so I got it for £7.17. And to begin with, I'm redoing Lilly's dragon since the last one was something of a planning sketch. This one will actually have a *background*..... *shock horror* But I don't know what medium she wants yet so I don't know if I'm painting or colouring. But either is good.
Am sleepy. May go and doodle for a while. It's great to have time to puase to breathe after working hard for the last two weeks. ^-^
