My first EVER animated icon! *is happy* Big hugs to Lucy for getting me all these great illustration and drawing programs. Took me a while to work out how to do what but I think it worked. Let's just hope I can remember how to do it next time! Photoshop 7 is fantastic!
*bounces* So happy. Had a mad Media lesson today - teacher didn't show and somehow it ended up with just me, Marc and Lora in the room. Lora told us her bathtub plan - sail across the Atlantic in one to get in the Guinness book of world records. Apparently someone has already done it! I said wouldn't the water come in the plug hole and she said "Well you'd put the plug in." Then she cracked me and Marc up by saying when she was little she thought that if you had a hole in the bottom of your boat all you'd have to do was cut a hole in the opposite end and all the water would run straight out again. Sometimes I wish I had a video camera with me in media to catch the expressions on mine and Marc's faces when Lora comes out with stuff like this. I promised Marc that the rest of my friends weren't as mad but looking back on today I think I should retract that statement. Don't even get me started on the biggles/boggles conversation.....
So today everything was pretty good. I'm the only one really who's started their key skills in Psychology. *grins* English - don't talk to me about English. I'm counting the days down until I can sit in the middle of the main courtyard and burn my copy of 'The Colour Purple'. I hate it. Hate it hate hate it.
But everything else was great. Parents evening tomorrow *mind boggles* Although I'm pretty sure Adam, Sian and Llinos will be nice about me. Don't think I'm going to see Caroline *looks smug* Although we may go to see Jan, I don't know. Maybe I could sneak my parents into see Martin instead.... he did teach us for a few weeks after all!
Right, must go eat my dinner now, but I'll be back. Okay so maybe I won't update again tonight but if anyone if waiting for me in the Planet Helen chat room then I will be back.... hehehehe.
