... perhaps buying The Mummy Returns on DVD was a bad idea - I've got so much to write at the moment and my muses are playing up because they want me to write a fic with all of them in *rolls eyes* Bloody Ardeth's fault.

Anyway, I couldn't get The Mummy as well - it was 'Buy One Get One Free' on the DVD's but they only had The Mummy Returns *sulks* So I got Tomb Raider free instead. It might not have been the best film in the world but any film that has women kicking ass rather than men is good - about time everyone realised that women can kick ass as well. My brother is now complaining that there must have been something better than Tomb Raider to get *rolls eyes*

Also bought metallic pencils, a new shirt, a Legolas poster because my Aragorn one was looking lonely and..... what else did I buy? *shrugs* Spent far too much money anyway. Typical.

Going to have to do more on Reverie just to finish the damn thing but I want to watch this Jack and the Beanstalk thing on TV. Not sure why since I've never even liked Jack and the Beanstalk much but then most fairytale stuff is good.

*yawns* Had to get up early to go shopping, so right now I'm half asleep. Might account for the insane conversation I just had with Lucy. She yelled at me for calling her Snucy. Sorry Goosey. We also decided we needed to kidnap some cute guys to form a harem.... I'm pretty sure there was some logic behind that but what it was completely evades me right now. Still it could be entertaining.

.... my parents have just come home from a party more than a little drunk and they are utterly over-reacting because my brother hadn't locked the door on his way out. Despite the fact I've been sitting here, all the lights on, completely fine, now they're all uptight about it. For frell's sake it was a simple mistake, no need to have a coronary over it. Jeez, do all parents overreact like this?

On other news, I gave in and wrote something for my muses to play around in, despite the fact I have a million other things I should be doing, not least of which are Reverie and the the Inmate Christmas Panto. *sighs* Busy, busy, busy.... *glares at parents* Go to bed and leave me in peace to type. Maybe I should build a tree house with a computer and Internet connections at the bottom of the garden...... or maybe just move to another country.
