I hatehatehate watching live scores on the Internet. THE STRESS. *wibbles* And I don't think the parentals got my begging message to tape it for me. Woe. *watches live comments* DON'T YOU DARE CANCEL BECAUSE OF THE RAIN. Isn't it supposed to be sunny in Texas?
On the plus side the comment about the rain has an adorable little 'raining' animation next to it. Teehee.
Woe. Rain delay. Just got a slightly exasperated txt back from the parentals in response to my second begging message saying 'We heard u the first time'.
Heh. Tennis obsession. ^__^ Drives your family completely crazy.
In other news handed in my essay, all shiny and complete with Bibliography and double spacing, though I nearly forgot the last one. It's unspeakably wonderful not to have to worry about it for at least a couple of weeks now. *bliss* Am going to tidy and clean room, have food and curl up with a cup of coffee to do my CW crits before working on Bounty and getting a good night's sleep. In between stressing about Roger's match:
"The players have taken their bags and Roger Federer and Gaston Gaudio are walking off court now... the weather forecast for the next couple of days isn't good either! We may be in for quite a wait!"
... If it's delayed till the weekend I will be oh-so-tempted to go home to watch it. Though y'know, that would also be bad. Because that would involve waiting and more stress.
I have to stop thinking about this so much. *wanders away*

EDIT: Just received my crit for my last story from my Creative Writing tutor. It's absolutely fascinating to get a professional opinion on my writing. ^__^ And she's found a few amazing flaws that I hadn't even noticed. Plus she's picked up well on the atmosphere I was going for, which gives me a warm fuzzy glow that I did something right. ^__^
I'm a little more worried about my Dreams of Silk rewrite. I personally don't think the rewrite works anything like as well as I thought the original did. I'll make that point tomorrow I think.
Now, to tidy...
