Have many thoughts on it but am far too lazy to put in a cut tag so will keep quiet till I'm awake enough to safely hide the spoilers. But hhhhmmmm. Achilles. *drools*

Apologies for the fit of moodiness last night. Bad Clo.

Went shopping this morning and to see Troy this afternoon so have done nothing revision-wise this weekend. I think I'm going to make notes on the commentary of Bridget Jones' Diary then do a textual analysis of it for media, simply because the major media essay due for Friday is too much like real work in the sleepy mood I'm currently in and I need to do the Bridget Jones thing anyway. I love my revision; it involves lots of book-reading and watching films. Heh. (I'm conviniently ignoring the essay part for the rest of today)

We've managed to lose a fish. Bought him yesterday to eat the little mosquito-bug larvae critters in my mother's water barrel (for growing water plants) at the bottom of the garden. He looked lonely so today we bought him a friend. Got home... no fish in the barrel. Gone, entirely. Either the cat got him (not likely) or he jumped out (also unlikely since he was the laziest fish I ever set eyes on). So.. mysterious fish disappearence remains unexplained. However the new fish (christened 'Midget' because he's tiny)seems happy enough. We'll have to go to a different pet shop to get him a friend though - three fish in as many days may make the pet shop woman suspicious otherwise. ^___^ Poor fish. I wonder what happened to him?

Bought a new dictionary that is about as big as sixty of my old dictionaries combined. it's shiny. ^__^ (I know, I know; dictionary.com but I can't always get online and I'm constantly using a dictionary so it was time for a proper one). Didn't buy anything else though - was a spectaculary boring shopping trip actually. *sigh*

I think I'll take my contacts out and try and get this media thing done so I can fic later. Good plan.

Love, peace and jelly babies,

Clo

One of my sister's fish went missing too! It's an epidemic! We think the other fish ate him, because there's absolutely no trace (and I've cleaned that room in the meantime, unless I missed him goign up in the vaccuum)

It's a conspiracy...

... the fish are plotting together...

WE'RE ALL DOOMED!!! o_O

(Or it could be coincidence. But that's not nearly as fun. ^__~)

I honestly don't know where our missing fish *could* have gone - we'd have found him if he'd jumped out and my cat hates putting his paws in water so he couldn't have got him. I still think the fish are plotting. They probably have some underwater lair somewhere. With sharks with lasers strapped to them as part of their Evil Plan.

Or maybe I've seen Austin Powers a few too many times...

LOL. I don't have a cat, so that rules out. And I don't think it could've jumped all the way into the parakeet cage and eaten by them.

Oooo... laser beams...

The mysterious power of the disappearing fish... We never found ours either so the whole fish-are-plotting-against-us theory is looking more and more valid. I'm going to start eyeing my fish suspiciously every time I walk past them now. ^__^ Oh well, people can't think I'm any more crazy than they already do so... eh. ;-)

Fish trying to take over the world with laser-beams-attached-to-sharks. Now there's a movie! ;-)
