clo_againMeant to get some writing done this afternoon but all hail 6:30PM and I've spent the last hour staring at Word knowing I need to go back to the drawing board and plan this one out better. I hate that feeling. But it's either write the fic then spend days on end editing it or work on the idea first and have to do less editing. And with my attitude to editing the latter is definitely more appealing. So planning time for a day or two methinks. I do have a few fics kicking around now plus a few titles - which is good because I'm terrible at titles - so there may be something by the weekend, there may not be. We'll see.
Okay, so I admit I made a mistake starting Old Curiosity Shop. Oer halfway through and I'm about to spontaeneously combust fromt boredom. Finished Seabiscuit though and loved every word so my literary adventures haven't all been bad lately. I hate leaving books halfway through so I'll finish Curiosity as fast as I can bring myself to read then read The Eyre Affair which is calling to me from my shiny-and-tidy bookshelf.
Yes I tidied my room at long last. It had reached the point where I had to shift a mountain of clothes around every time I stood up, so I drank lots of coffee and managed to sort everything out. So it'll be tidy for at least the next day and a half.

THEN. When it DID work again, I discovered someone had stolen my title for a Good Omens ficlet. And I *hate* thinking of good titles.
